Returns Policy: We accept returns/exchanges on most items! We will offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) for items that are returned in their original condition within 7 days of in-store purchase or contacting us within 7 days of receiving shipped items. We do not accept returns/exchanges for custom items, vintage items, and final sale or discounted items. Customers can choose to have a refund issued to the original payment type or to receive store credit in the form of an L. Post Rustics gift card. A 3% restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
Shipping Policy: We ship through the UPS store in Lake Placid, NY. All shipping costs and communication take place directly through the UPS store between our customers and the UPS shipper. The UPS store has worked with our business for many years and we find them to be fair and reliable. They pack and crate extremely well! We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or internationally. Please contact us to request a shipping quote for orders shipping outside of the continental U.S. Smaller store items generally are shipped within a few days of purchase. Larger furniture items may take up to a few weeks to allow UPS to pack/crate.
